Wedding Day Service Maybe you have already planned your wedding and just need someone to coordinate for your wedding day to ensure the day runs smoothly and as planned.
Wedding Day Service Includes
• Review all vendor contracts to verify services.
• Assemble a list of all of the service providers, including contact name, phone number and a cell or pager number.
• Assemble a timeline for the wedding for distribution to all service providers.
• Ideas on how to personalize your ceremony and reception.
• Assisting in lining up the wedding party, processional and recessional
• Reminding parties of expectations and duties for ceremony
• Coordination of introduction, first dance, blessing, and toast.
• Orchestration of all vendors to ensure flow of the event.
• Handling any vendor issues or questions, which may arise.
• Completion of evening allowing you to relax and enjoy the entire evening knowing all of your gifts and personal belongings are well cared for.
• Review guest count, floor plan and seating with catering manager.
• Ensure that all bags are packed and hotel room is ready. |
